Service Description
Receive a channelled tarot + oracle reading with Founder, Shelby Marie. Understand your limitations + blockages, and receive clarity, reassurance, and guidance for your next steps. Including 2 self-reflection journal prompts. How your reading will be experienced: ~ Ask amongst: General Reading and/or ask Specific Question(s) ~ As the cards energetically pull, Shelby Marie channels through clairaudience, clairsentience, and clairvoyance. Duration: 30-Minutes You will receive an email with an updated Zoom link up to 15-minutes before your scheduled booking. Booking Policy: I accept up to 10-minutes delay, as I understand life happens sometimes. After 10-minutes, the booked session is cancelled and you will need to re-book (no rescheduling available for no-shows). Note: your session will be the remaining of the 30-minutes. I do not go over the scheduled duration due to delays. This also pertains if you accidentally logged into the session at the incorrect time. All bookings are in PST. If you are in a different timezone please make sure you are aware of the time difference. If you feel called, tips are highly appreciated. Accepted via Zelle or Venmo.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us 12-Hours prior to your initial scheduled session. Depending on how far in advance you booked a session, we may not be able to refund a cancellation but rather provide a code for the session amount and can be used towards a future booking. Cancellations and reschedules are not accepted once we enter 12-Hours prior to your scheduled session, and refunds are not available. We understand medical emergencies occur. If this occurs, please contact us at info@shopakouo.com as soon as possible.
