Due to the time needed to get our wax up to proper pour temperatures, we require 1.5-hours to set up.

We will need access to a minimum of 120V outlet within 10 feet.

Our Mobile Cart is brought via trailer. For events located inside a Casino, we do require proper load in access. If access is not available, we do have a secondary set up with our Wabi Sabi inspired concrete table.

Once we are set up: 

• Your guests will view our scent menu and smell the scent samplers to choose their unique curation.

• Optional Your guests will view and select their crystals.

• Your guests will have the option to pour + mix their own candle or choose to have our Founder, Shelby Marie, make their candle.

• After the candle has solidified, within 25-minutes, your guests will be able to take their candle home.

• Optional, if crystals are chosen, after the candle is solidified your guests have the option to set their crystals themselves or have our Founder set them. After the candle has re-solidified, within 5-minutes, your guests will be able to take their candle home.

The overall experience per person takes at maximum 30-minutes if in an air conditioned space. We do not have the ability to do outdoor events that are 80 degrees+ due to our coconut wax having a melting point of 97 degrees, as it would affect the time of the candle solidifying.

For an event with up to 30 guests, the working time is maximum 1.5-hours. For an event with up to 150 guests, the working time is maximum 5.5-hours. These estimates are based off of 2-minutes per person for the selection and pouring process.
