Wildfire Within: Somatics + Fire Ritual

Wildfire Within is an immersive somatic yoga and dance experience designed to move what’s been held, stuck, or silenced in the body. Through breath-led yoga, intuitive movement, and rhythmic freeform dance, you’ll awaken your inner fire — the one that clears, transforms, and makes space for what’s next.

We begin by grounding into the body with slow somatic unwinding, opening the spine, hips, and heart. As your internal heat rises, we transition into guided expression through movement and dance, letting the body speak what the mind cannot.

Then we will gather around the fire — writing, releasing, and offering what no longer fits the version of you you’re becoming. During the fire ritual we will experience rhythmic drumming by Melly guiding you deeper into your body’s own wisdom.
