Join Shelby Marie Embodied for a transformative 75-minute online session designed to guide you through deep self-reflection, movement, and intuitive connection. ✨ What to Expect: 🔹 Intention, Breathwork, + Restorative Yoga Warm-Up (20-min) – Ground into the session with mindful breathwork and gentle restorative yoga. 🔹 Self-Reflection + Intuitive Guidance (15-min) – Engage in journal prompts, tarot, and goddess pulls to deepen self-awareness and gain insights. 🔹 Somatic Embodiment Dance + Closing Meditation (15-min) – Release emotional and energetic blockages through guided movement and meditation, allowing you to embody your limitless self. 🔹 Safe Shares + Integration (20-min) – Reflect in a safe, supportive space, incorporating spiritual coaching and collective wisdom. Wear comfortable clothes, and I encourage you to incorporate anything that supports your connection to your limitless self (accessories, jewelry, trinkets, etc.). Have a journal, pen, and water nearby. Optional comforts: yoga mat, meditation cushion or rug, or yoga blanket. I highly suggest to incorporate a candle to ignite your intention into the space before class begins. This is how we will listen to the class music. You will receive the links for each song/section at the beginning of the class. You will be emailed the zoom link a day before the class. Please arrive into the Zoom space at least 5-minutes before class start, so you can settle in. We will begin promptly at 7:05pm.
