Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us prior to 24-Hours of your initial scheduled session. Cancellations and reschedules are not accepted once we enter the 24-Hours prior to your scheduled session, and a refund is not available. We understand medical emergencies occur.
